About Me
I’m Aurel Davidyan — a serial entrepreneur who started building businesses at sixteen and never stopped. What began as a simple need for safe truck parking grew into a nationwide network of Truck Depot locations and an industry-changing platform, FindTruckParking.
I build companies that solve real problems for real people. From trucking and logistics to technology and consulting, every venture I create is driven by innovation, efficiency, and genuine care for the trucking community.
My goal today is simple: continue improving the industry and help new entrepreneurs succeed in building profitable truck-parking businesses of their own.
What I Do
Truck Parking Development
I plan, develop, and optimize truck parking facilities using proven systems, smart layouts, and real-world experience to create high-demand, profitable locations that serve drivers and owners with efficiency and safety.
Logistics & Transportation
With years of hands-on industry experience, I understand the challenges fleet owners and drivers face. I build practical logistics solutions that improve operations, reduce inefficiencies, and create long-term, scalable growth.
Business Consulting
I guide new and experienced entrepreneurs through building or improving truck parking and logistics businesses. My consulting focuses on strategy, market positioning, and systems that accelerate growth and deliver results.
Entrepreneurship & Startup Building
From launching my first business at sixteen to scaling nationwide operations, I help others build profitable companies through clear direction, strong foundations, and the mindset needed to grow and succeed.
Building Critical Infrastructure
I build truck parking and logistics infrastructure that solves real capacity challenges across the transportation industry. I focus on underserved markets, operational gaps, and long-term asset value. Every project I develop is designed for scale, efficiency, and disciplined execution — not short-term momentum.
How I Think
- I build for the long term, not for attention.
- I value operational control over rapid expansion.
- I focus on solving real problems, not chasing trends.
- I believe discipline compounds faster than hype.
Ideas. Execution. Infrastructure.
On this podcast, I share my perspective on entrepreneurship, infrastructure, and building scalable businesses. I focus on execution, disciplined decision-making, and long-term value creation. Each episode explores leadership, operational thinking, and the realities of growing in logistics and beyond. This is where strategy meets action.
